How long can I expect my order to take for delivery?
Please allow 3-5 working days for your product to be sent. We use 1st class standard Royal Mail services which means once sent, should be with you within 48 hours.
Unfortunately due to changes in laws around taxes we will not be shipping internationally.
Refunds / exchanges
It's important to us that you love your product and in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 28 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for paying for any return postage costs and all items returned must be in the condition in which they are sent. Unforuntately we do not offer refunds on personalised items.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Don't Lose Hope is a charity that offers a professional counselling service for all members of the community from age 4 upwards. This is a free or low cost service for children, young people and adults. This service is delivered by a team of qualified and experienced counsellors, in private fully equipped counselling rooms. We rely on fundraising to ensure we can maintain this service.
